A clinical case is presented: continuously relapsing Hodgkin's lymphoma in a patient (female) with Proteus syndrome. The patient received several lines of chemotherapy and autologous and then haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. In addition to the rare combination of Proteus syndrome and Hodgkin's lymphoma, this case is interesting as it presents brentuximab vedotin as effective third-line therapy.</p>
Кроме редкого сочетания синдрома Протея и лимфомы Ходжкина, интерес представляет успешное применение у данной пациентки брентуксимаба ведотина в качестве терапии 3-й линии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лимфома Ходжкина</kwd><kwd>синдром Протея</kwd><kwd>рефрактерность к терапии</kwd><kwd>брентуксимаб ведотин</kwd><kwd>Hodgkin’s lymphoma</kwd><kwd>Proteus syndrome</kwd><kwd>drug resistance</kwd><kwd>brentuximab vedotin</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Mauz-Körholz C, Hasenclever D, Dörffel W, Ruschke K, Pelz T, Voigt A, et al.
