However, the opportunity of application of these technologies is clearly regulated by the international treatment protocols SIOP and COG and depends on the characteristics of the initial tumor in the kidney. Also, the method of dividing the renal parenchyma, the need for stenting of the upper urinary tract, the relationship to multivisceral resections, and the possibility of simultaneous bilateral resection have not been fully determined. At the same time, there are many studies demonstrating satisfactory treatment results for patients whose tumors are beyond international protocols. This publication demonstrates the modern understanding of kidney resections for tumor lesions.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Паренхимосберегающие операции при опухолях почек у детей являются современным и эффективным методом радикального лечения. Однако в настоящее время область применения данных технологий четко регламентирована международными протоколами лечения SIOP (International Society of Pediatric Oncology) и COG (Children’s Oncology Group) и зависит от характеристик инициальной опухоли. Также до конца не определены методика разделения почечной паренхимы, необходимость стентирования верхних мочевых путей, отношение к мультивисцеральным резекциям, возможность одномоментной билатеральной резекции. В то же время имеется множество работ, демонстрирующих удовлетворительные результаты лечения пациентов, выходящих за рамки международных протоколов.
