Based on the international practice and recommendations, the author discusses the problems in management of chronic (persistent) pain syndrome and describes the use of analgesics - opioid and non-opioid - in children. Analgesics and their forms registered in Russian Federation, available for children, are listed.

В статье освещаются вопросы лечения хронического (персистирующего) болевого синдрома у детей, описаны особенности использования анальгетиков у детей как наркотических, так и ненаркотических, на основе международной практики и рекомендаций. Приводятся доступные для использования у детей обезболивающие препараты и их формы, зарегистрированные в РФ.
