Given the dynamics of disease development, absence of target-organs lesions and specific response to immunosuppressive therapy, we are assuming involvement of additional etiologic factor in the skin damage pathogenesis.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В работе описан клинический случай развития буллезного эпидермолиза у пациента с высоким риском развития реакции «трансплантат против хозяина» после трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток. Учитывая динамику развития процесса, а также отсутствие висцерального поражения и особенности ответа на иммуносупрессивную терапию, мы предполагаем участие дополнительного этиологического фактора в патогенезе эпидермолиза у данного пациента.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>аllogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation</kwd><kwd>bullous epidermolysis</kwd><kwd>graft versus host disease</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аллогенная трансплантация гемопоэтических стволовых клеток</kwd><kwd>буллезный эпидермолиз</kwd><kwd>реакция «трансплантат против хозяина»</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Przepiorka D., Weisdorf D., Martin P., Klingemann H.G., Beatty P., Hows J., et al. 1994 Consensus Conference on Acute GVHD Grading.
