Sirolimus is an inhibitor of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR-I), it regulates cell growth and proliferation. In this article, we describe the efficacy and safety of sirolimus treatment in a group of 22 patients with ALPS. We demonstrate the effectiveness of therapy, both in the usual dose of 2–3 mg/m2, and in reduced dose of 1–2 mg/m2. Treatment with sirolimus not only leads to the resolution of the symptoms of lymphoproliferation and cytopenias, but also to the normalization of biomarkers, for example, the vitamin B12 level and double negative T-lymphocytes.</p>
Терапия сиролимусом приводит не только к разрешению симптомов лимфопролифераци и цитопении, но и к нормализации биомаркеров, например, содержания общего витамина В12 и двойных негативных Т-лимфоцитов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome</kwd><kwd>sirolimus</kwd><kwd>vitamin B12</kwd><kwd>double negative T-lymphocytes</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аутоиммунный лимфопролиферативный синдром</kwd><kwd>сиролимус</kwd><kwd>витамин В12</kwd><kwd>двойные негативные Т-лимфоциты</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Sneller M.C., Wang J., Dale J.K., Strober W., Middelton L.A., Choi Y., et al.
