Therefore any lymphoproliferative complications in WAS patients require lymph node biopsy. However, the interpretation of the histological picture is often complicated and requires the knowledge of the lymph node pathomorphology in patients with immunodeficiency. This article describes a rare combination of late diagnosis of WAS complicated by lymphadenopathy, which clinically and morphologically resembles Rosai–Dorfman disease (RDD). Parents gave their consent to use information about the child, including the fotos, in the article.</p>
Родители дали согласие на использование информации, в том числе фото ребенка, в научных исследованиях и публикациях.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Rosai–Dorfman disease</kwd><kwd>histology</kwd><kwd>Wiskott–Aldrich syndrome</kwd><kwd>lymphoproliferative syndrome</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>болезнь Розаи–Дорфмана</kwd><kwd>гистология</kwd><kwd>синдром Вискотта–Олдрича</kwd><kwd>лимфопролиферативный синдром</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
