The morphology of the platelets remained normal, as was the aggregation function in the Born-O'Brien method with activation of ADP, collagen and ristomycin. In the study of plasma hemostasis, there were no abnormalities. The findings indicate that the patient has an unclassified thrombocytopathy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>У 54-летней женщины со склонностью к кровотечениям после оперативных вмешательств выявлены нарушения функциональной активности тромбоцитов в виде ослабления выставления фосфатидилсерина и реакции высвобождения плотных и -гранул. Морфология тромбоцитов оставалась нормальной, так же как и агрегаторная функция при исследовании по методу Борна-О´Брайена с активацией АДФ, коллагеном и ристомицином. При исследовании плазменного звена гемостаза нарушений не выявлено.
