The most significant causes of skin lesions in HSCT are drug toxicity, infections, and manifestations of skin acute and chronic “graft versus host” disease. Each of the complications can manifest in various forms, as well as to combine with others, exerting a significant negative effect on the patient’s condition, in severe cases posing a threat to the patient’s life. The article summarizes data on the etiology, features of pathogenesis, clinical forms, the main methods of diagnosis and therapy of the most common skin complications of HSCT.</p>
В статье обобщены данные об этиологии, особенностях патогенеза, клинических формах, основных методах диагностики и терапии наиболее часто встречающихся кожных осложнений при ТГСК.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>skin</kwd><kwd>hematopoietic stem cell transplantation</kwd><kwd>lesion</kwd><kwd>toxicity</kwd><kwd>immune reactions</kwd><kwd>infections</kwd><kwd>“graft versus host” disease</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кожа</kwd><kwd>трансплантация гемопоэтических стволовых клеток</kwd><kwd>поражение</kwd><kwd>токсичность</kwd><kwd>иммунные реакции</kwd><kwd>инфекции</kwd><kwd>реакция «трансплантат против хозяина»</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
