Conventional osteosarcoma in children is characterized by aggressive local growth and rapid hematogenous dissemination. Lungs are the site of elections for distant metastases which diagnostics affects on the  therapeutic approach and prognosis. The main method for pulmonary metastases diagnostic is CT. Not all  osteosarcoma's pulmonary metastases have a typical radiological aspects. We present a clinical case with  conventional osteosarcoma in children with atypical CT-imaging of pulmonary metastases.

Конвенциональная остеосаркома у детей характеризуется локально агрессивным ростом и быстрой гематогенной диссеминацией. Наиболее часто метастазирует в легкие. Диагностика отдаленных метастазов влияет на тактику лечения и прогноз заболевания. Основной метод выявления метастазов в легких - компьютерная томография. При остеосаркоме не все метастазы в легких имеют характерную рентгенологическую картину. Приводим клинический пример конвенциональной остеосаркомы у ребенка c редким проявлением метастатического поражения легких.
