This disease was first recognized as a distinct entity in 2008. It is most common in the 20 to 40 age group and rare in children. Currently, there are no clear criteria for diagnosis and standard therapy for such patients. According to the literature, it is possible to use treatment regimens applied for both aggressive B-cell lymphomas and Hodgkin's lymphoma. The addition of anti-CD20/CD30 targeted agent to standard therapy may be effective, given the expression of these markers by tumor cells. In this article, we present the clinical and morphological characteristics of patients with unclassifiable B-cell lymphoma with features intermediate between DLBCL and cHL, diagnosed at our center, including 4 patients at the onset of the disease in childhood. Patients and/or their legal representatives have consented to the use of information, including photographs, in scientific research and publications.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В-клеточная лимфома неклассифицируемая (ВКЛН), занимающая промежуточное положение между диффузной крупноклеточной В-клеточной лимфомой (ДКБКЛ) и классической лимфомой Ходжкина (ЛХ), – редкое злокачественное заболевание, развивающееся из зрелых В-клеток. Впервые данное заболевание выделено в отдельную нозологию в 2008 г. Наиболее часто встречается в возрастной группе от 20 до 40 лет и довольно редко у детей. В настоящий момент не существует четких критериев постановки диагноза и стандартов терапии для таких пациентов. По литературным данным, возможно использование терапевтических схем, применяемых для лечения как агрессивных В-клеточных лимфом, так и ЛХ. Также возможно применение анти-CD20-/CD30-направленной терапии, учитывая экспрессию опухолевыми клетками данных маркеров. В настоящей статье мы приводим клинико-морфологическую характеристику больных с диагнозом ВКЛН с промежуточными признаками ДКБКЛ и классической ЛХ, установленным в нашем Центре, в том числе у 4 пациентов с дебютом заболевания в детском возрасте.
