Calcifying nested stromal epithelial tumor of the liver is a rare entity among neoplasms of the hepatobiliary zone in children and adults. In most cases, a radical resection of the tumor is the main treatment. In this article, we review the existing literature on calcifying nested stromal epithelial tumor of the liver and report two clinical cases of this rare tumor in children treated at two major pediatric oncology clinics. The patients' parents gave their consent to the use of their children's data, including photographs, for research purposes and in publications.

Кальцифицирующая гнездная стромально-эпителиальная опухоль печени является редкой нозологической группой среди новообразований гепатобилиарной зоны у детей и взрослых. В большинстве случаев радикальное удаление опухоли является основным методом лечения. В данной статье мы приводим обзор доступных литературных источников, посвященных кальцифицирующей гнездной стромально-эпителиальной опухоли печени, и описание 2 клинических наблюдений пациентов детского возраста с этой редкой опухолью, встретившихся в 2 крупных детских онкологических клиниках. Родители пациентов дали согласие на использование информации, в том числе фотографий детей, в научных исследованиях и публикациях.
