The course of this disease in immunocompromised patients is significantly different from that in healthy subjects, which is associated with the impossibility of virus elimination through their own adaptive immune response. Delayed immune reconstitution after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (which may take months after the procedure) increases the risk of life-threatening COVID-19 infection necessitating a search for and application of new methods of treatment. T lymphocytes are critically important for viral infection control, and are necessary both for the direct elimination of Dmitry Rogachev National Medical Research Center of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Immunology of Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation. The patient's parents gave consent to the use of their child's data, including photographs, for research purposes and in publications.</p>
Родители пациентки дали согласие на использование информации, в том числе фотографий ребенка, в научных исследованиях и публикациях.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd><kwd>coronavirus infection</kwd><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>virus-specific T lymphocytes</kwd><kwd>hematopoietic stem cell transplantation</kwd><kwd>allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation</kwd><kwd>pneumonia</kwd><kwd>primary immunodeficiency</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>SARS‐CoV‐2</kwd><kwd>коронавирусная инфекция</kwd><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>вирусспецифические Т-лимфоциты</kwd><kwd>трансплантация гемопоэтических стволовых клеток</kwd><kwd>аллогенная трансплантация гемопоэтических стволовых клеток</kwd><kwd>пневмония</kwd><kwd>первичный иммунодефицит</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">Not specified</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Не указан</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
