Morphological abnormalities can be divided into the abnormalities of the platelet cytoskeleton, of alpha and dense granules, and membrane abnormalities. Our paper describes ultrastructural platelet defects in Wiskott–Aldrich syndrome, MYH9-associated syndromes, gray platelet syndrome, Hermansky–Pudlak syndrome, Paris–Trousseau syndrome, Chediak–Higashi syndrome.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В данной статье рассматривается роль электронной микроскопии в диагностике и изучении морфологических изменений при врожденных заболеваниях, вызывающих нарушения строения тромбоцитов. Морфологические нарушения могут быть разделены на патологии цитоскелета тромбоцитов, альфа- и плотных гранул, а также изменения мембраны. В обзоре описываются ультраструктурные дефекты тромбоцитов при синдроме Вискотта–Олдрича, MYH9-ассоциированных синдромах, синдроме серых тромбоцитов, синдроме Германского–Пудлака, синдроме Пари–Труссо и синдроме Чедиака–Хигаши.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>platelet morphology</kwd><kwd>electron microscopy</kwd><kwd>gray platelet syndrome</kwd><kwd>platelet storage pool deficiency</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>морфология тромбоцитов</kwd><kwd>электронная микроскопия</kwd><kwd>синдром серых тромбоцитов</kwd><kwd>дефицит пула хранения тромбоцитов</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа поддержана грантом Российского научного фонда, проект №21-75-00109</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
