Аннотация

В статье представлен обзор данных о новом оральном антикоагулянтном препарате дабигатран этексилате (ДЭ), который является пролекарством, но после перорального введения превращается в организме в действующее вещество - прямой низкомолекулярный ингибитор тромбина дабигатран. Представлены основные свойства дабигатрана и ДЭ, фармакокинетические параметры препарата, его взаимодействия с другими лекарственными соединениями, а также эффективность и безопасность его использования при различных патологиях. Представлен обзор фармакодинамики ДЭ и методов анализа его антикоагулянтной эффективности. Обсуждаются возможные преимущества ДЭ по сравнению с другими антикоагулянтами и вопросы клинических исследований ДЭ для применения в детской популяции.
